Your information

CreteWRX Alaska is a small custom concrete shop in Chugiak, Alaska. This page explains what we collect through cretewrxalaska.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What you send us

When you fill in our project questionnaire, we receive your answers: your name, phone number, email address, the kind of project and its details, your timeline and budget range, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you add photos, drawings or plans, we receive those too. Your answers are kept in your own browser as you go, until you send them.

Photos and plans sent with our old contact form are deleted automatically 90 days after they were sent.

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, talk through your project, and prepare pricing and scheduling. A questionnaire you send starts a project record for you in our business system. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Services that help us run the site

• Cloudflare hosts the website and the questionnaire, and stores the photos and plans you add. When you send the questionnaire, Cloudflare Turnstile may run a quick check that you're a person and not a bot.
• Notion keeps our project records, including your questionnaire answers. Our full policy for the questionnaire is at quote.cretewrxalaska.com/privacy.
• Google Workspace runs our email, so your messages and our replies are stored there.

Measuring visits and ads

We use the Meta Pixel from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies to tell Meta when pages on this site are visited and when the questionnaire has been sent. That helps us see whether our ads are reaching the right people, and it may be used to show you our ads on Facebook or Instagram.

You can manage this in your Facebook ad preferences, or block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site works the same either way.

Your choices

If you'd like to see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, email info [at] cretewrxalaska [dot] com or call (907) 317-5026 and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
